My attendance through the
module has been very good, I have tried to attend every session and stay in
college until at least half 4 everyday to get extra work done. I feel that this
was especially shown in studio brief 1 where I produced lots of different
designs and developments. I think that I have managed my time effectively
throughout – I have managed to complete everything ahead of time or on time and
to a standard that I find acceptable.
Throughout this module I
feel that I have worked consistently hard a part from on studio brief 4 where I
feel I lost my steam a bit due to the large volume of hand ins and having
personal work to do as well. However despite this I feel that I have learnt a
great deal during the module as a whole such as how to enter live briefs and
competitions and working in a group. I learned a lot about compromising – all
the other briefs I have designed only had myself to judge really so having a
group of people constantly feeding you their opinions was odd to begin with. I
feel that I prospered from this though as I am very proud of what we achieved
in studio brief 3 and the fact that our branding will be used.
If I was to do this module
again I would try to concentrate on the work more to produce more relevant
outcomes. I feel like this module my designs could have definitely been
improved through more critiques and refining. But overall I am really pleased
with some of the work that I have produced during this module, especially in studio
brief 2.
